1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is SNEK Tomasz Wójcik, VAT ID PL6272704675 (NIP 6272704675). For anything about your personal data, write to [email protected].
2. What data I collect
The site has no forms, accounts or sign-in. The only personal data I collect from you directly is what you send me by email: your name, your email address, the content of your message and anything you include in it. Technical data about visits to the site is processed by the hosting provider (see section 5).
3. Purpose and legal basis
I use this data to reply to your message and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest, i.e. handling correspondence).
4. How long I keep it
For as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and after that for as long as the law requires.
5. Who receives the data
- Cloudflare hosts the site. On every visit it processes technical data (IP address, browser, time of visit) to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Fastmail runs the [email protected] mailbox.
6. Cookies and tracking
The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking tools of any kind.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.
